With 3 more tenants, 360 Madison Ave. 85 percent full.Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced that the Kipp/Stawski Group has signed three more tenants for 360 Madison Ave., a 25-story, 360,000-SF glass office-building located at the northwest corner of Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. and 45th Streets. The class-A tower is the only speculative new construction project underway in the Grand Central area of Manhattan.
