WisdomTree Investments Hires Peter Ziemba as General Counsel.

NEW YORK -- WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WSDT) announced today the appointment of Peter Ziemba as General Counsel. Mr. Ziemba will direct all of the Company's legal matters, including compliance with securities regulations and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Ziemba has served as outside counsel to WisdomTree, and its predecessor company, since 1993. Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee from 1996 until 2004.

Mr. Ziemba brings to WisdomTree more than 25 years of experience with Graubard Miller, a leading New York-based firm, where he was a partner in their Corporate and Securities department. Mr. Ziemba's practice concentrated in the representation of public companies in securities, governance and disclosure matters, mergers and acquisitions and a wide variety of general corporate matters. He represented both issuers and investment banks in numerous public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Mr. Ziemba also led Graubard Miller's hedge fund practice, counseling clients with respect to the creation and operation of such funds.

Mr. Ziemba received his B.A., with honors, from Binghamton University and his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
