Mr. Ziemba brings to WisdomTree more than 25 years of experience with Graubard Miller, a leading New York-based firm, where he was a partner in their Corporate and Securities department. Mr. Ziemba's practice concentrated in the representation of public companies in securities, governance and disclosure matters, mergers and acquisitions and a wide variety of general corporate matters. He represented both issuers and investment banks in numerous public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Mr. Ziemba also led Graubard Miller's hedge fund hedge fund, in finance, a highly speculative, largely unregulated investment device.
