Wipro Expands Reseller Agreement with Mercator Software.

Wipro Infotech to Market Mercator(R) Industry Integration

Mercator Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCTR) today announced that Wipro Infotech, the India, Middle East and Asia Pacific IT arm of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT), has entered into a reseller agreement with Mercator to market Mercator solutions in India.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Mercator will train and support Wipro sales and consulting teams. In addition, Wipro will establish a Mercator training and demonstration center, and Wipro and Mercator will jointly identify and market to customers and prospects.
