Wipro Announces a Partnership Agreement with SAP America to Provide Implementation Services for SAP(R) Business One.

BANGALORE, India -- Wipro (NYSE:WIT) today announced a global partnership agreement with SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), to provide implementation services for SAP(R) Business One, SAP's affordable, integrated business management solution for small and mid-size enterprises, subsidiaries and operating locations of large enterprises in the U.S.

Under this agreement, Wipro will offer full life-cycle implementation services to subsidiaries of large enterprises in the U.S. and jointly explore opportunities for SAP Business One.

Because the solution requires minimal training for users, it can be implemented in a matter of weeks and can be maintained with minimal IT resources at the subsidiary. SAP Business One promises a fast return on investment, additional value from SAP deployments and a lower total cost of IT ownership across the entire business landscape.
