Winter safety.


Wintertime recreation is great fun. Between skiing, hockey, ice hockey, ice, team sport in which players use sticks to propel a hard, round disk into a net-backed goal. Rules and Equipment

. But it is important to remember that the cold weather can be impacted by three things:

1. low temperature

2. wind

3. wet clothing

Most cold injuries in sports usually involve the ears, nose, cheeks, chin, fingers and toes--the extremities ex·trem·i·ty
