Winter inks 100,000 s/f in deals at Flatiron complex.


The Winter Organization has announced that its 580,000-square-foot, four-building office complex at 111-115 Fifth Avenue has recently inked long-term leases totaling approximately 100,000 s/f.

Ford Models, clothing designer Eileen Fisher, advertising firm Devito Verdi, ESI (Edge Side Includes) A markup language for Web pages that enables elements of a Web page to be dynamically assembled in servers distributed throughout the Internet.  Design (Edwin Schlossberg's firm) and financial services firm KLS KLS KLM Luchtvaartschool (KLM Flight Academy; Eelde, The Netherlands)

 Professional Advisors have effectively taken the sought-after property off the leasing block, with a mere 20,000 s/f currently available.

Tenants already headquartered at the complex include Perkins Eastman, HLW HLW Herz Lungen Wiederbelebung (German: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

HLW High Low Water (same as LW neaps)
