Winter inks 100,000 s/f in deals at Flatiron complex.

The Winter Organization has announced that its 580,000-square-foot, four-building office complex at 111-115 Fifth Avenue has recently inked long-term leases totaling approximately 100,000 s/f.

Ford Models, clothing designer Eileen Fisher, advertising firm Devito Verdi, ESI Design (Edwin Schlossberg's firm) and financial services firm KLS Professional Advisors have effectively taken the sought-after property off the leasing block, with a mere 20,000 s/f currently available.

Tenants already headquartered at the complex include Perkins Eastman, HLW, Fred Alger Management and Multiplan.

In the lease negotiations, David Falk, Robert Silver and Neil Rubin of Newmark represented The Winter Organization. Ford Models was represented by Gerald Friedman and Ivan Hillman of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Eileen Fisher was represented by Laura Pomerantz and John Brod of PBS Realty Advisors, LLC. Devito Verdi was represented by Peter Tuttman of Newmark & Co. KLS was represented by Leon Manoff of GVA Williams and Joseph Genovese of D.G. Hart. ESI Design was represented by Ted Rotante of Studley.
