Winston & Strawn Partner Christine Albright Named to Head ABA's RPPT Section.

CHICAGO -- Winston & Strawn LLP today announced that Christine Albright, partner and head of the firm's trust and estates practice, was named head of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPT) at the organization's annual meeting. RPPT is the third-largest section of the ABA and covers both real property and estate planning/trust and estate administration/private wealth planning. The section's membership of more than 30,000 includes both private and industry practitioners.

Albright focuses her practice on estate planning; estate and trust administration; estate, gift and generation-skipping taxation; income taxation of estates and trusts; and succession planning for closely held and family businesses. She joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in 1993. Albright holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. In addition to multiple leadership roles in the ABA, she is active in numerous civic, professional and charitable organizations.
