 Company, Inc. has arranged a new 12,000 s/f full-floor lease for fashion designer Philippe Adec at 213 West 35th Street in Manhattan in a relocation RELOCATION, Scotch law, contracts. To let again to renew a lease, is called a relocation.

Ira Z. Fishman of Winoker Realty Company represented the European-based firm in the transaction, while Sam Stein of Justin Management represented the building owner.

"This lease represents a fresh start for Philippe Adec after more than two decades at their previous location," said Mr. Fishman of Winoker Realty. "The firm wants a new look for their showroom and this new, empty space provides them with the best opportunity to achieve their goals."
