Winoker Realty announced the following leases:

* Executive vice president, Ira Fishman and broker Clifford Moskowitz represented 242 West 38th Street, LLC in negotiating a five-year, 3,600 s/f lease renewal by Fashion Design Concepts, Inc. on the second floor.

* Moskowitz also negotiated a fiveyear lease on behalf of New View Maternity Apparel Group, Inc. at 347 West 36th Street. The tenant leased 2,100 s/f on the 16th floor of this loft building. Barry Bernstein, also of Winoker Realty, represented the landlord--347 West 36th Street, LLC.

* Richard Price, senior managing director at Winoker Realty, negotiated a five-year lease on behalf of 222 West 37th Street Realty Corporation. The Original Runner Company signed the lease for 3,750 s/f and was represented by Steven Leiter of Midtown Commercial Real Estate.
