A new tenant is in the cards for 250 West 57th West 57th can refer to:

 Street, where the Manhattan Bridge The Manhattan Bridge is a suspension bridge that crosses the East River in New York City, connecting Lower Manhattan (at Canal Street) with Brooklyn (at Flatbush Avenue Extension).  Club has leased approximately 4,500 square feet of space for its general offices.

The Club, which recently merged with the City Bridge Club, offers games and lessons to players of all levels.

"The Manhattan Bridge Club has unique space requirements," says Barry Zeller, senior director, Cushman & Wakefield, the building's managing and leasing agent, "since the offices will be used for both administration and tournaments. We're delighted that we could accommodate the organization's specific needs.

"This is good news for tenants who are bridge enthusiasts. They can stop by for a game during their lunch hour."

The Club is using temporary space in the building while its offices are under construction.

As Mr. Zeller points out, "the phrase 'build to suit' is taking on a whole new meaning."

Stanley Piesh of Prime Manhattan Realty represented the Manhattan Bridge Club in the lease negotiations. The landlord's attorney was David Bleckner, Esq., and the tenant's attorney was Dean Fong, Esq.

250 West 57th Street is located in the heart of the Columbus Circle Columbus Circle, named for Christopher Columbus, is a major landmark and point of attraction in the New York City borough of Manhattan. Completed in 1905 and renovated a century later, it is located at the intersection of Broadway, Central Park West, Central Park South (59th  area, a magnet for media and entertainment companies.

Constructed in 1921, 250 West 57th today is home to many of the city's key players in the arts and entertainment industry.

Some of its prominent tenants include Al Roker Productions; RZO RZO Relatiemanagement Zelfstandige Organisaties (Dutch)  LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
