Winners of latest Skibbie Scholarships announced.

The winners of the 2006 Lawrence E Skibbie Graduate Scholarships are:

* Ronalynn Espedido, who is pursuing a masters of science degree in information security at DePaul University in Chicago.

* Yevgeniya Gokun, who is seeking a masters of science degree in applied statistics at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

* Amos C. Williams Jr., who is studying for a doctorate of management at Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs.

* Marine Capt. Joshua D. Winfrey, who is pursuing an executive master of science degree in information systems at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

NDIA's Executive Committee established the Skibbie scholarship program in honor of the association's retired president, who passed away in December, to support one or more advanced graduate students in engineering, science or management.
