Winick Realty Group.

Winick Realty Group's Rick L. Riccardi, managing director for New Jersey, announced that the firm has been named the exclusive agent for ExxonMobil for New York's five boroughs. This new assignment will complement Winick's existing exclusive relationship with ExxonMobil in Central and Northern New Jersey. Selected and retained by Jim Wilson, Alliance Director of Trammell Crow Corporate Services on behalf of ExxonMobil, Winick has been designated as third-party brokers, currently working on almost 30 new gasoline sites in the two states. Trammell Crow, a national full-service brokerage firm, is the exclusive broker for the ExxonMobil account nationwide.
