Windsor condos have Tudor style.


The historical community of Jamaica Estates will soon be welcoming a new, ground-up residential development, Windsor Condominiums.

Located at 178-38 Wexford Terrace on a tree-lined street, the six-story, 24-unit traditional Tudor style Tudor style, descriptive of the English architecture and decoration of the first half of the 16th cent., prevailing during the reigns (1485–1558) of Henry VII, Henry VIII, Edward VI, and Mary I.  building will fit perfectly into its surrounding neighborhood, while adding a touch of modern design.

Designed by Thomas Cusanelli, Windsor offers only two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 713 square feet to 863 square feet.
