Winchester Systems Announces Automated ``Call Home'' Support Service.

Winchester Systems Inc., an innovative storage solutions company, has introduced a new "call home" alert service that detects failures of their FlashDisk RAID disk arrays, called "FlashAlert(TM)". FlashAlert is a proactive remote monitoring (protocol) remote monitoring - (RMON) A network management protocol that allows network information to be gathered at a single computer.
