Soap's wettest hubby Derek Wilton Derek Wilton was a fictional character on the soap opera Coronation Street. He was portrayed by Peter Baldwin.

Derek was a salesman who wooed but let down Mavis Riley for many years.
 finally loses his rag and attacks rival Norris Cole Norris Benjamin Cole, played by Malcolm Hebden, is a fictional character on the soap opera Coronation Street. Norris first appeared in 1994 from 1997, before resuming the role in 1999. He continues in the series to the present day.  in Coronation Street's The Cabin.
