Wiltek, Inc. (NASDAQ-WLTK) today announced the availability of the newest addition to its line of enhanced fax services, InFAX, a fax-to-email service for the business fax market. The new service offers a convenient and cost effective solution for corporate fax management.

InFAX converts faxes to emails, and integrates seamlessly with a company's existing mail system. It also enables mobile users to receive faxes regardless of location, or whether or not a fax machine is available.

InFAX service is established at Wiltek's service center, which means that there are no additional costs incurred for software installation and upgrading.

"InFAX allows users to gain flexibility in dealing with clients because their incoming fax transmissions become email transmissions internally, and the needs of both the user and the client are met," said Kevin Carathanasis, Wiltek's vice president of Messaging Services. Each user or department is given its own unique fax number, to which the user's or department's mail address is then assigned. Because InFAX takes advantage of Wiltek's large bank of phone lines, a sender will never experience a busy signal.

InFAX enables users to send faxes via Direct Inbound Dialing (DID) technology which translates the fax into a TIFF attachment, a standard electronic file format. The fax recipient receives an email with a TIFF attachment, which can be viewed with any TIFF reader or a Browser.

InFAX offers business fax users an extensive list of features that includes:

-- Automatic tracking of usage and costs;

-- Forwarding of fax messages to other mailboxes; and

-- Electronic archiving of fax images; and

InFAX is complimentary to MailFAX, Wiltek's email-to-fax service introduced by the company last September. MailFAX enables users to send messages and attachments via email which are then translated and delivered to a recipient fax machine with all formatting features retained.

Pricing And Availability

InFAX pricing is based on a monthly fee and by each page delivered. Undelivered faxes will not be charged. Prices may vary based on volume discounting.
