Wilson administration announces $1.7 million in homeless grants; first awards for L.A. under new localized program.

 rated and ranked programs around the state. Because not all counties have yet established local boards, EHAP grants to those communities are still awarded in the previous manner.

Activities funded include shelter operation and construction, rental RENTAL.
