Santa Monica-based investment management firm Wilshire Associates announced a series of promotions at several of its divisions. Wilshire Analytics has named Peter Matheos, Mark D. Osterkamp, Karyn Williams and John Winslow managing directors and Salimah Hyderali and Yong Liu vice presidents. Matheos heads the quantitative research group and oversees quality assurance for Wilshire Atlas and Wilshire Axiom; Osterkamp oversees much of the Quantum Series sales and marketing in the U.S. and Canada; Williams coordinates development of analytical products; and Winslow is the most senior of the Wilshire Axiom client support team. Hyderali is a senior Wilshire Atlas client support representative, and Liu heads the structured finance group. Wilshire Consulting named Dimitry Mindlin and Michael Schlachter managing directors and Daniel LeGuellec and Ben Yang vice presidents. Mindlin heads asset allocation research efforts Within Wilshire Consulting. Schlachier, a consultant, works with corporate, foundation and public-fund clients. LeGuellee heads development and maintenance of the Compass group database operations, while Yang is a member of the investment research team. Wilshire Funds Management named Alex Chaloff and Helen Thompson managing directors. Chaloff heads the unit's client service, while Thompson has a variety of operational and fiduciary responsibilities within Wilshire Funds Management.
