Wilrock arranges sale of 27 Park Pl.

In a sale arranged by Wilrock National, Inc., foreign investors have purchased 27 Park Place, a five-story office building in lower Manhattan, from River Bank America for $3.9 million.

Demetra Tsimicalis, associate broker, of Wilrock National, Inc. and George Butsikaris of George Butsikaris Realty Inc. represented the buyer.

According to Tsimicalis, River Bank America had foreclosed on the 32,638-square-foot building, which has 1,100 square feet of ground floor retail space and 3,018 square feet of below streetlevel retail space. In addition to tenants in the financial services, shipping and insurance industries, 27 Park Place is the corporate headquarters for the Lutheran Church.
