William J. Morley.

Joseph A. Grotto, president of J. i Grotto & Associates, Inc. announced that William J. Morley (photo) has joined the firm as senior vice president. Morley has had a 23-year real estate career with Brown, Harris, Stevens, Inc. and Helmsley-Noyes, Inc., both of which are owned by the Helmsley Organization.

In addition to Morley's activities as broker and consultant for clients such as AT&T Corp., Chesebrough-Pond's, Inc., Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd., IBM Corporation, GenCorp and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, he was named "Young Real Estate Man of the Year" in 1988 by the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York, InC.
