William Hodges Joins KnowNow in Key Position as Company Eyes Expansion.

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- New Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales to Help Accelerate Growth and Increase International Presence

KnowNow Inc., a leading provider of event-driven integration solutions, today announced that it has named William Hodges as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Mr. Hodges will be responsible for helping KnowNow build on its success in the financial services and manufacturing markets and increase its international presence.

Mr. Hodges has more than 20 years of proven success in all aspects of the enterprise software and services industry, including global experience in selling, outsourcing and professional services. Prior to coming to KnowNow, Mr. Hodges served as vice president of sales at Kirchman Corporation, where he managed a global sales force and established key partnerships with companies including IBM and Oracle Consulting.

As global vice president of sales and business development at Access Software, Mr. Hodges established a worldwide network of distributors and channel partners. Mr. Hodges also held senior management positions at companies including Knowledgeware, Inc., GE Consulting Services, Amdahl and Computer Corporation of America, where he built successful international sales teams from the ground up and successfully gained entry into new markets.
