William F. Kirk Joins Advanced BioNutrition as CEO.Former DuPont Group VP Brings Experience in Product Commercialization COLUMBIA, Md. -- Advanced BioNutrition Corp. Kirk brings to ABN 37 years of experience, primarily in the agricultural businesses of E. I. DuPont de Nemours and Co., where as Group Vice President he led their Agriculture Business and served as a member of the CEO's Strategy/Operating Committee. Kirk, who has served on ABN's Board of Directors since the company was founded in 2001, began with DuPont as a sales representative and rose to Group Vice President. In that position he was instrumental in building DuPont's agriculture business from $600 million to $4.5 billion through major alliances and acquisitions in seed, feed and food ingredients. During his tenure at DuPont he also oversaw o·ver·saw v. Past tense of oversee. the development of numerous early stage technologies from inception through their emergence as major commercial products.
