William Clift Appointed to InnoPath's Board of Directors; Former Cingular CTO Brings Extensive Wireless and Management Experience to Seasoned Board.

Clift's extensive background in managing technology development underscores his important role as a board member for InnoPath.

Over the years, Clift has held positions of increasing responsibility at Cingular Wireless and BellSouth. Clift was the CTO at Cingular Wireless from its formation until his retirement in May of this year. During his tenure as CTO, he successfully executed several international technology firsts; including the implementation of GSM at 850 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc. , first market launch of EDGE high-speed packet data technology and the introduction of GSM/TDMA-combination technology handsets.
