To add to their growing business, G.S. Wilcox & CO. has recently financed three transactions totaling $34,400,000 through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (first word pronounced "THRIVE-int" — or more precisely, alluding to contractions, "thrive—n't"; IPA pronunciation: /ˈθɹaɪvɘnt/ .

Thrivent has been one of G.S. Wilcox & CO.'s most consistent lenders throughout their 10 years of business.

Thrivent, which was formed with the merger of Aid Association for Lutherans and Lutheran Brotherhood, will continue to be a strong player in New Jersey's commercial real estate arena.
