Wilcox's $18m deals.

GS. Wilcox & Co., has recently arranged financings totaling $18,420,000 through four different correspondent lenders. Led by Gretchen S. Wilcox; she is joined by her team of Joseph Smerdon, Albert Raymond, John Taylor and David Fryer.

David Fryer has secured $8,750,000 in financing through 1NG Investment Management. The loan will finance an existing 240- unit "Class A" Garden Apartment community located on Peachtree St. in the Buckhead section of Atlanta. The fixed rate loan was placed with a 5-year interest only term.

Gretchen S. Wilcox and Albert Raymond were responsible for five loan transactions which include two construction takeout loans totaling $4,350,000 through ICA Mortgage Capital. The first loan for $2,850,000 for a 20,488 s/f retail/office building located in Jamesburg, New Jersey; the second for $1,500,000 for a 12,000 s/f office building located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

A $1,560,000 loan was placed on a 35,655 s/f multi-tenanted office/light industrial building located in Livingston, New Jersey, financing was arranged through StanCorp Mortgage Investors and a loan, arranged through ING Investment Management for $1,960,000 was placed on a 76,884 s/f single story industrial building with office finish of 25% located in Milburn, New Jersey. Also, a $1,800,000 loan for a 121,650 s/f industrial building is located in Ridgefield, New Jersey was arranged through Woodman of the World Life Insurance Society.
