What a treat to come across Christian McLaughlin's tribute to the fabulous Jan Crouch Jan Crouch (born Janice Wendell Bethany, 1937) is the co-founder, vice-president and director of programming of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, or TBN, the world's largest Christian television network. She is the daughter of an Assemblies of God pastor.  ["Why I Love Jan Crouch," July 5]. This woman deserves her own episode of Extreme Makeover: "Plastic Surgery Miracles." To see her transformation from wrinkled grandmother in giant wigs to sculpted sculpt
