The business will become a unit within the Financial Information Group of Wicks, under the direction of senior vice president Maile Hulihan. No terms of the purchase were disclosed. Asset Alternatives also produces four other newsletters--Latin American Private Equity Analyst, Venture Capital & Information Technology, Venture Capital & Health Care, and The Corporate Venturing Report--and a series of conferences, research reports, directories (including The Corporate Venturing Directory and Yearbook and Galante's Venture Capital and Private Equity Directory), as well as internet-based products (assetnews.com). The products cover corporate venture capital and information technology.
