Wicks Business Information LLC (WBI) recently promoted Michelle S. Cox and Maile Hulihan each to the position of divisional president and Ken Fisher to the title of chief financial and technology officer.

Cox, formerly executive vice president and publisher of the Briefings and Georgetown Publishing Groups, will continue in her new role with complete responsibility for the Management Information Division, which includes management of an aggressive acquisition strategy. She has already overseen the operational integration of six acquisitions.

Hulihan, formerly senior vice president and group publisher of WBI's Financial Information Division, will continue as the senior divisional executive in her new capacity. "Ms. Hulihan has provided leadership and a vision to a significant component of WBI's portfolio," said Douglas J. Manoni, CEO of WBI. "She also successfully developed a very capable management team to support the rapid growth of her division.

Fisher will assume added responsibility as chief technology officer in addition to his responsibilities as CFO. Manoni said that Fisher "has been instrumental in the operational integration of each acquisition and has provided valuable guidance and direction in all matters related to finance and technology."
