Music videos directed by Robinson include "Hey Mama" and "My Humps" by The Black Eyed Peas,as well as "Fergalicious" by Fergie.  is a hot commodity. She went from dancing in hip-hop clubs to choreographing moves for a wide range of artists from Aaliyah and Busta Rhymes Trevor Smith (born on May 20 1972), better known as Busta Rhymes, is an American hip hop musician and actor. Fatima says she never had formal training. "It was just something that I loved to do. When I was younger, I would just make up routines for my mother's friends when they would come over. My sister and I would enter dance contests, and I went to all the dances in high school."

Fatima says to prepare she listens to the music over and over again to get her creativity flowing before choreographing. "Whenever I work with an artist, I always watch them and ask them to perform for me first because each artist has his or her own little flavor." Her advice to aspiring dancers and choreographers is: "Learn your craft. Tailor it and learn everything you can, including different styles of dance and just don't give up."
