1411 Broadway, a 25-story building managed by Helmsley-Spear. Inc., was built in 1928. Jeffrey Craig. Ltd. moved from 1411 Broadway to the new location in order to accommodate the growth of their current operations. The space will be used to house the executive offices and showrooms. David E. Ash of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant in the transaction. Mark Salmon of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. represented the tenant. Although terms of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $35 per square foot. "The fashion district is a perfect location for this company to develop and expand," Ash said. |
