Who's in court?

IN court this week at the North Liverpool Community Justice Centre:

Daniel Purnell, 22, of Wood Close, Birkenhead, charged with breaching a football banning order - pounds 750 fine and pounds 65 costs

Lisa Marie Devon, 36, of York Terrace, Everton, charged with loitering (prostitution) and being in an area prohibited by an anti-social behaviour order - six weeks community order with six weeks curfew from 9pm-6am

David Stephen Mudge, 37, of Garnett Avenue, Kirkdale, charged with excess alcohol and no insurance whilst driving a motor vehicle - three months imprisonment suspended for 18 months, six months supervision, 12 weeks curfew, 80 hours unpaid work, 30 months disqualified from driving and ordered on drink drive rehabilitation course with pounds 65 costs

Rachel Hunter, 21, of Hodder Road, Everton, charged with driving with excess alcohol - pounds 350 fine, 12 months disqualification from driving and ordered on drink drive rehabilitation course with pounds 65 costs.

Stephen John Cavanagh, 40, of Colwell Road, West Derby, charged with drunk and disorderly - pounds 50 fine and pounds 65 costs.

Jaroslaw Leszek Pokora, 27, of Netherfield Road South, Kirkdale, charged with drink driving - pounds 350 fine, drink drive rehabilitation course, disqualified from driving for 24 months and pounds 65 costs

John Philip Hall, 48, of Fountains Close, Anfield, charged with breach of suspended sentence order - three months imprisonment.

Kyle Coker, 20, of Reynolds Close, Anfield, charged with breach of suspended sentence order - 13 weeks detention.

Paul Doke, 42, of St Domingo Vale, Everton, charged with attempted theft - four weeks imprisonment.

Leanna Knights, 23, of August Road, Tuebrook, charged with breach of community order and obstructing a PC - 14 days imprisonment.

Stuart Ormsby, 27, of St Domingo Vale, Everton, charged with breach of suspended sentence order - six months imprisonment.
