Cushman & Wakefield announced that Arthur L. Boechi has been named senior managing director of New York New York, state, United States

Daniel Lisser, a senior member of the mortgage sales group at Secured Capital Corp., has joined The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group to start up a mortgage sales and syndications group. Over the past three years at Secured Capital, Lisser was involved in over $2 billion of performing and non-performing loan sales on behalf of banks, insurance companies, mortgage REITs and the Department of Urban Development and Housing Development.

Julie F. Nachamkin has recently rejoined Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. as a broker specializing in both tenant and landlord representation in the Middlesex County industrial real estate market as well as corporate service account management. She is based in the firm's recently-opened Iselin office.

Nachamkin's s prior experience with Cushman & Wakefield, from 1982 to 1989, included both office and industrial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Today Nachamkin is part of a Cushman & Wakefield team which includes Stanley Danzig, Jules Nissim and Stephen Elman.

Nachamkin is a graduate of Penn State University and studied abroad at the Univetsidad de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. She is a marathon runner and a member of the Mercer Bucks Running Club, The New York Road Runners New York Road Runners (NYRR), founded in 1958 with 47 members, has grown into the foremost running organization, with a membership of 40,000. Fran Delgolio has joined Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. Management Services as director of leasing for EastRidge Properties in White Plains.

Delgolio is responsible for leasing and marketing 1.6 million SF of Class A commercial office space at EastRidge Properties. As owner of FD Consultants. Ltd. in Croton-On-Hudson, Delgorio provided strategic planning, lease negotiations, portfolio analysis, and business plan development to her client base. From 1996 to 1999 she was a director of real estate operations for Prudential Insurance Company of America in Newark.

The Lefrak Organization announced that Jamie Medowar Ebrenthal has joined the firm as financial vice president. Brian D. Fitzsimons has been promoted to director from associate director at Sutton & Edwards/TCN Worldwide.
