Who's your doggy? National Geographic Channel's new Dog Whisperer takes on pampered pets--and their owners.The custom-made "Mr. Hilton" T-shirt worn by Nelson Chang makes it clear that his blond, long-haired, highly accessorized male Chihuahua, Paris, is named after neither the City of Lights nor the legendary prince of Troy. Alas, Chang notes, "Paris hasn't met Paris [Hilton] yet," but he feels "they should soon. There are zillions of ways to meet her." It seems a natural pairing. Paris (the dog) can hardly leave home without being invited to model for a local pet emporium or participate in a celebrity function--save for one problem: This Paris is a barker and a biter. The openly gay Chang blushes to admit that at a Beverly Hilton affair "he bit Nicole Richie Nicole Camille Richie (born September 21, 1981) is an American socialite, actress, television personality, author, entrepreneur, style icon, model, and singer. Cesar Millan Cesar Millan (born August 27, 1969) is a professional dog trainer (although in his words, he "rehabilitates dogs, trains people"). He is best known for his television series, Dog Whisperer, which is beginning its fourth season (Sept. of the National Geographic Channel's new daily series The Dog Whisperer Dog Whisperer is an emmy award winning National Geographic Channel series that premiered in September 13, 2004. Cesar Millan portrays his real life role in rehabilitating and restoring balance to dogs with problems. .
