Hall F. Willkie has been named president of Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

, a newly created position within the company. Willkie joined the Brown Harris Stevens residential sales division in 1988 and has been overseeing the division as executive vice president.

Willkie will continue to oversee residential sales with a staff of over 150 sales agents in Manhattan for three offices, covering Manhattan's East Side, West Side, and Downtown area. In addition, he will oversee the firms two Palm Beach offices with over 40 brokers. Prior to the firm, Willkie was senior vice president and director of residential sales for Douglas Elliman.

A.P. Construction Company announced the promotion of two employees to the positions of vice president of financial reporting and administration and controller of accounting.

Sharon Bone, a financial expert with 20 years of experience, has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice president of financial reporting and administration. In her new role, she will work with the company's executive team to develop appropriate financial reporting tools, methods, and procedures to effectively manage the firm's businessoperations.
