White Horse Selects FINEOS.

- FINEOS Claims Selected for Property & Casualty Insurance Claims Management -

DUBLIN, Ireland -- FINEOS Corporation, a global provider of innovative componentized software solutions for the insurance, government social insurance, and banking industries, today announced it has signed an agreement with White Horse, an insurance subsidiary of My Travel Group, to implement its FINEOS Claims solution.

White Horse has selected the solution to manage claims operations for the processing of claims associated with travel, including delays, damage, lost luggage, medical fees for accidents, and personal injury. FINEOS Claims will be used by White Horse to handle the entire range of claims management activity, including scripted notification, claim verification, process automation, reserves, payments, and recoveries.

Claims management for White Horse had been previously handled by outside third-parties, but the organization recently decided to bring the operation in-house. As such, the FINEOS implementation will be held to an aggressive implementation timeframe.

After conducting a review of several property & casualty insurance claims management solutions, FINEOS Claims was selected for its flexibility and its ability to grow and adapt with White Horse. Additionally, FINEOS' global capabilities, close proximity to White Horse, and industry expertise was attractive to the organization, which manages insurance for both European and international holidays.

"Care for our customers is the key driver of our business," says Steve Tighe, General Manager, White Horse. "Working with FINEOS Claims we have developed a system that enables us to take control of the claim from the outset, helps us manage the customers expectations and avoid any claims leakage."

"We are very pleased to be working with such an innovative provider as White Horse," said Michael Kelly This could refer to:
