While there is time.

The article "Teens Against the Total State" (May 31 issue) was very interesting.

There is a difference between the Jewish persecution and why Schnibbe, Hubener and Wobbe were persecuted.

Jews were persecuted as a race, even though practically none spoke out against the Hitler regime, and almost all scrupulously scru·pu·lous

By contrast, from the article, Schnibbe, Hubener and Wobbe were not persecuted as Mormons, but as dissident individuals. From the article, I got the impression that there was no German law that said that Mormons were enemies of the State. Also, by contrast, they spoke up against the regime, just like active members of the John Birch Society John Birch Society, ultraconservative, anti-Communist organization in the United States. It was founded in Dec., 1958, by manufacturer Robert Welch and named after John Birch, an American intelligence officer killed by Communists in China (Aug., 1945).  should be doing today, whereas the Jews tried the futile low-profile approach, leading to their inevitable extermination extermination

That aside, the point being made is well-taken: That, while there is time, we Birchers need to work hard to enroll others to tell the truth in time--before our regime rounds us up and silences us.
