1, 8pm) Faye is determined to win back Linden, and although Linden is racked with guilt about being responsible for breaking up Faye and Joseph's marriage he is determined to keep his estranged fiancee at arm's length. He's decided that AAU is not a suitable place for a pregnant woman to be, so tries to get her off the ward. Meanwhile, Oliver Valentine continues to be the butt of Greg's jokes, which sees him struggling to cope with a routine procedure.

1, 9pm) The celebrities face an epic challenge tonight as they have to ride on snow mobiles to the top of a frozen waterfall, which they then must abseil down before melting a block of ice using only the equipment they carry with them. Following that they must then tackle an assault course along a frozen riverbed. All this is great fun to watch but it's nothing compared to watching the model of good humour Noun 1. good humour - a cheerful and agreeable mood

 and restraint, Andrew Castle, losing his cool and having an almighty strop.

Ramsay's Best Restaurant (C4, 9pm) Tonight Gordon presents two fine restaurants that serve up nothing but homegrown cuisine. The West House in Kent take on The Milestone in Sheffield, which is situated in what was once the cities red light district. The former novice owners, Graham and Jackie won a Michelin star within 18 months of opening, but how will they fare against head chef, Simon and sous chef, James who specialise in hearty helpings and big flavours?
