What is records and information management?


Records and information management is the systematic control of all records, regardless of media, from their creation or receipt, through their processing, distribution, organization, storage, and retrieval retrieval /re·triev·al/ (-tre´v'l) in psychology, the process of obtaining memory information from wherever it has been stored.
