What Does Life Do for An Encore?

Is humankind life''s lookout post guessing on explanation Are we jittery mariners whose mysteries are so uncharted that we are unsighted in time, space and motion

Is humankind life''s lookout post guessing on explanation? Are we jittery mariners whose mysteries are so uncharted that we are unsighted in time, space and motion? To come on this journey of life are we warmly invited or have we dropped in on life in a dream-like state? In this journey are we passing by life on our way to self-fulfillment, have we arrived as a madcap voyage to open up the world or are we here in life because we have been cooped up in paradise for too long?

As a human being do our eyes behold what few have ever seen or have we hardly seen anything at all? Do we see life as it should be or as it might be? Are we a large gathering of copyists? Are we complete outsiders to the position of being human? Are we here to trust in our instincts, instinctively care for the Earth or are we here to slip into the effects of our mind and cobble the body of the dreamer back together? Perhaps we are here to pass our accomplishments on to some other world where failure is later accepted.

As a reflective writer I see life as a rest stop with the lure of a roadside attraction. A boldness of self-promotion and a master''s in speech, life is best served up as the off ramp of a dreamer''s imagination. Filled with inventors and doers and tireless thinkers who dare to think outside the box, life is filled with the footsteps of legendary characters who chair the world''s communication departments with unique and ordinary reflection and give personal meditation upon the exhausted topic of certainty.

Does life reveal passwords of truth hidden in crumpled up papers stuffed in cardboard boxes only to star in tomorrow''s trash bundles? Are the secrets of life standing awkwardly over us or do they fly past us as memorable experiences that scant our mind two or three days and then are forgotten? Is the mystery of life shot off in emails, dropped off in manila folders, diagrammed stiffly on tables or is the mystery of life given to us as history in walls torn down as timely symbols?

One day filled with covered wagons and the next day jotting jazz on a map of trumpeting icons life remains under the microscope of reality''s researching eyes. Camera-shy about gravity and cautious of schemers life presents a world premiere of utopian visions in real world consequences. A fearless dedication to dance with its visions life is a space of readable presentation where we are never quite sure just what is proven fact and if human beings are artists judging on fact or if human beings have in fact turned life into a laboratory realm for judging souls.

Sneaking into once upon a time, life will continually be published and judged until its famed starry lights go out and its vision to reach for other life forms will be termed as inopportune moments. Always dancing on the edge of significance the Earth will bow out of its dance with life as a rotating cube of reflection and leave no vibrating realities behind that it ever truly existed.

What does life do for an encore? Will it give us oceans again and a setting sun? All we can do is give applause to its stage and wonder if human beings will continue to be life''s speck in the stardust of ages or have we been indeed the greatest coincidence ever. This has been one woman''s perspective.
