My nerves are on edge, my blood pressure seems to be rising, I've lost my appetite, and my brain is spinning. Why? Because I feel as if our nation is on the edge of a cliff and we are about to collectively jump off. I try to relax, sip on some beer, watch a bit of television, but inevitably I'll find myself channel surfing Channel surfing is the practice of quickly scanning through different television channels or radio frequencies in order to find something interesting to watch or listen to. to some news show in which inane people with vacuous smiles report yet another Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, or Ashcroft outrage. So what is the solution?
