COLD sores are caused by a virus which is always within your system and when the environment is right, it appears.

This often happens when you are under stress, if you have a cold or are exposed to sunshine.

You need to boost your immune system. The dietary supplement L Lysine lysine (lī`sēn), organic compound, one of the 20 amino acids commonly found in animal proteins.
