What's Going On: Last Night's TV; Crime Watch (BBC1) / MacIntryre (C5).

Byline: Peter Grant

THIS was an encouraging greatest hits compilation of the criminal fraternity caught on CCTV camera.

A comforting programme proving that vigilant members of the public phoning in with eye witness accounts can prove so successful.

Donal, however, returned catching yobs breaking into cars. One of the gang filmed here even recognised the star presenter while on camera.

But the real star of the show is Keith Wilson, the Liverpool TV 'sports poet' and now undercover reporter who confronted those who abuse disabled car parking schemes.

Next week Keith is seen dressed as a ladybird catching litter louts in action in Liverpool's Church Street.

MacIntyre's series is indeed Crimewatch meets MTV.
