Douglas Elliman's three North Shore office--in Locust locust, in botany

 Valley, Manhasset and Port Washington--are officially changing their name to "Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate" on December 3.

The move brings all of the more than 40 former Prudential Long Island Realty and Douglas Elliman offices in Nassau and Suffolk counties under the "'Prudential Douglas Elliman" banner for the first time.

The three newest "'Prudential Douglas Elliman" offices on Long Island are located at 71 Forest Ave. in Locust Valley, 154 Plandome Road in Manhasset and 551 Port Washington Port Washington, uninc. town (1990 pop. 15,387), Nassau co., SE N.Y., a suburb of New York City, on the north shore of Long Island and Manhasset Bay. There is extensive manufacturing, much of it reflecting the region's past association with the aircraft and aerospace  Boulevard in Port Washington.
