Origins
In direct response to the award of the University of Saskatchewan to Saskatoon rather than Regina, the Methodist Church of Canada established Regina College in 1911 on College Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan, starting with an enrollment of 27 students;
 and three instructors has been settled among the parties.

Whatcott brought the action in the Court of Queen's Bench Queen's Bench n. 1) the highest court in Great Britain during the reign of a Queen, so that opinions are identified as a volume of Queen's Bench (QB). 2) in the United States, organizations of women lawyers, dating from when women were a small minority of practicing  against James McNinch, Mary Cronin, Brian Mlazgar, and the university, after the institution posted on its website material stating that Bill Whatcott Bill Whatcott is a Canadian social conservative activist who campaigns against homosexuality and abortion. The dramatic nature of his activities have attracted attention from the media, including an appearance on The Daily Show. He has also run for political office.  "advocates that all 'sodomites' should be killed."

The material on the website was published under the university's Humanities Research Institute Program as a part of a program called "I Could not Speak My Heart: Education and Social Justice for Gay and Lesbian Youth, a Western Canadian Symposium symposium
