Westwood lease.


Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis.  & Co. Inc. has renewed its lease at the Center West office building in Westwood Westwood.

1 Residential town (1990 pop. 12,557), Norfolk co., E Mass., in the greater Boston area; settled 1640, inc. 1897. It has several early 18th-century buildings.

2 Residential borough (1990 pop. 10,446), Bergen co., NE N.J.
 Village, signing a 10-year lease at the building it has occupied since 1997.

The deal for 26,174 square feet at the 23-story building is valued at $12 million, said sources familiar with the market.

A portion of the New York-based company's investment banking division will continue to occupy the entire 19th floor and a portion of the 20th story. The building is located at Wilshire Boulevard Wilshire Boulevard is one of the principal east-west arterial roads in Los Angeles, California, United States. It was named for H. Gaylord Wilshire (1861-1927), an Ohio native who made and lost fortunes in real estate, farming, and gold mining.  and Glendon Avenue.

"They had a substantial investment in the infrastructure of their existing space," said Peter Best, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  Inc., who represented owner Center West LP on the transaction. "When you look at their space it looks like they just moved in. It's beautiful."

The deal breaks down to about $3.82 per square foot per month.
