Westone employs Global Factory's extended manufacturing management system to control their products at various process stages, record quality test data to help analyze performance in different production areas, and thus identify problems at an early stage and provide for better inventory management.

"The concept behind Global Factory's system is so straight forward and comprehensive that it allows its use for any application the user wishes to implement within it," said Jack Blass, Managing Director at Westone Products. "A major feature for Westone is the ability to make it 'idiot proof' to the extent that human error in using any of the applications so developed can be eliminated."

"Global Factory's application suite is suitable for executing both internal and external collaboration, serving as a comprehensive solution for managing partner relationships as well as in-house operations," said Tamir Ilan, VP Services at Global Factory. "Westone successfully implemented our solution without requiring extensive IT resources. They took the advantage of the system's ease-of-use and its ability to be dynamically configured con·fig·ure
