The Willows, a 347-unit complex in Barrington was named Outstanding Community by the NJAA NJAA New Jersey Astronomical Association NJAA New Jersey Aquaculture Association NJAA Not Just Another Acronym and also honored with the AAGP Award for Curb Appeal. Woodview at Marlton, the recently constructed 288-unit garden apartment complex in Burlington county was named "Outstanding New Construction" by the NJAA and also received three awards from the AAGP in the categories of overall community excellence, leasing, and maintenance excellence. Nina Dino of Westminster Management received the 2002 Garden State Award for Regional Manager of the Year. Amy Gardiner was named Property Manager of the Year by the NJAA for her outstanding work at Woodview at Marlton. Jeanne Bermudez also earned the NJAA's 2002 Garden State Award for Property Manager of the Year. Dennis Moore (born November 8, 1945), is an American politician, and a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing , of The Colonials, a mid-rise complex in Cherry Hills, received the NJAA's Garden State Award for Leasing Consultant of the Year. His 188-unit property also earned the AAGP's Best in Living Award for leasing excellence. According to Epstein, Kushner's property division employs an active, hands-on management style.
