Westland Signs Plan of Merger with SHNM Acquisition Corp., and Terminates Amended and Restated Plan of Merger with ANM Holdings Inc.ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Westland Development Co. Inc. ("Westland") announced that on Feb. 24, 2006, it signed a definitive agreement and plan of merger (the "merger agreement") with SHNM Acquisition Corp. ("SHNM"), and terminated the existing amended and restated plan of merger agreement (the "ANM ANM Azienda Napoletana Mobilità (Italian) ANM Advancing Native Missions ANM Answer Message (telecommunications) ANM Auxiliary Nurse Midwife ANM Arab Nationalist Movement ANM Advanced Network Management agreement") with ANM Holdings Inc. ("ANM"). Under the terms of the merger agreement, Westland's shareholders will be entitled en·ti·tle tr.v. en·ti·tled, en·ti·tling, en·ti·tles 1. To give a name or title to. 2. Under the terms of the ANM agreement, Westland's shareholders were to receive $200 per share in cash.
