Western selfishness.


The February editors' interview with Paul Rusesabagina ("The real hero of Hotel Rwanda") just confirms what I've always known: The West continues to exhibit WIIFM WIIFM What's In It For Me?  (What's In It For Me) behavior. Much of Africa has been stripped of its resources and has little or nothing of value to offer the West. Unless Darfur has something the West deems valuable, the same fate will befall be·fall
