") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire from Stanley Mourin, the President of the Company, 109 mineral claims covering approximately 5,600 hectares for a nominal consideration of $100. These mineral claims are in the Eastmain River The Eastmain River is a river in northwestern Quebec which rises in north central Quebec and flows 800 km west to drain into James Bay. This river drains an area of 46,400 km². The First Nations Cree village of Eastmain is located at the mouth of the river. Windy Mountain's interests are comprised of 307 claims covering approximately 4,900 hectares. The above properties held by Western Troy and Windy Mountain were optioned, as of February 1, 2002, in respect of diamond rights only, to Gold Summit Mines Ltd. Such option, previously announced by Gold Summit, permits Gold Summit to earn up to a 70% undivided UNDIVIDED. That which is held by the same title by two or more persons, whether their rights are equal, as to value or quantity, or unequal. 2. Tenants in common, joint-tenants, and partners, hold an undivided right in their respective properties, until working interest in such diamond rights by expending $500,000 in exploration work on or before February 1, 2005 and making total payments of up to $180,000 to Windy Mountain and Western Troy on a 50/50 basis over the same period.
